You will be required to sign a liability waver. You are responsible for the safety of all participants while the inflatables are in your possession. We assume no liability of negligence on your part. All participants are required to be supervised at all times while rental is in your possession.

You will be required to sign a rules waver. No hairpins or clips, no silly string, no pets, etc, in units. Use your judgement and treat it as you would your own. If you don't think you shoud, then you probably shouldn't. NO soaps!!! NO silly string as it can damage and discolor the unit. No climbing on outside of unit or from external decorations, limit the number of participants climbing ladders and congregating on landings. You can always call and ask us.

Unfortunately, will require a deposit for each Inflatable reserved. To many "oops I meant to cancel" situations have happened and we get stuck with a bounce house that we could have rented to someone else. We are hoping the deposit will help eliminate that. Deposit is refundable as long as cancellation is 7 days prior to scheduled booking.

All Rentals are usually around 6-8 hours. We make all deliveries between 7am and Noon (unless specified) on the day of your event. Pick up will be before dusk. During the booking process you will be asked what part of the morning you would most like for your delivery. While this isn't a guarantee, almost every time it will be met and exceptions can me made.

For all rentals, as long as you give us at least 7 days notice, we will return your deposit within 7 days per your request, or you can use towards a future event. If less than 7 days, you will not get your deposit back, however you can use your deposit towards a future order. We understand the weather unpredictable. Therefore cancelations due to bad weather can be made as late as the same day before set-up. Deposit can be refunded within 7 days, or you can use your deposit for future rentals. On days when the weather looks unfavorable, we will verifyto see if you still want us to come. However, if you agree to have the unit set-up, and then it rains for most of the day, there will be NO refunds once Inflatable is set-up and our crew has left. We urge our customers to watch the weather for the day of your event. Bounce Houses cannot be set up in high winds.

Customer is to make sure the area is free of yard waste, debris, pet droppings, etc. Also make sure there is enough room overhead. (tree branches, power lines, etc.) When booking online you will be asked if your rental will be on grass, hard surface, or both. This is important so we know what we need to secure your rental. We have sandbags for hard surface or stakes for grass. Our Inflatable stakes are 18" long. The customer is responsible for knowing where private utilities are buried on their property. Such as sprinkler systems, gas lines for pool heaters, etc. Your Buddies is not liable for our stakes hitting anything underground during installs. You are also responsible to make sure the unit fits in the area specified for the unit. Measurements of all units are located in the description.
