We require a 7 days notice for all cancellations. If cancelled before 7 days, we will return your deposit within 7 days per your request, or you can use towards a future rental. If less than 7 days,  you will forfit your deposit, however you can use your deposit towards a future rental.

We understand the weather can be unpredictable. Therefore, cancelations due to bad weather can be made as late as the same day before set-up. Per your request, we can refund your deposit within 7 days, or you can use your deposit for future rentals. On days when weather looks less than favorable, we will call you first to see if you still want us to come. However, if you agree to have the unit delivered and then it rains for most of the day, there will be NO refunds once the inflatable is paid for and unloaded. We urge our customers to watch the weather for the day of your event. Bounce Houses cannot be up in high winds. We reserve the right to cancel any rental due to inclement weather.
