Delivery and Set Up
Safety
Safety is Number 1 at Your Buddies. Therefore, we will NOT set up if winds are 20 mph or more. If this is the case you will not be charged. However once installed and paid for, there will be NO refunds for acts of God such as rain, storms, or high wind. Customer is responsible for watching the weather and deciding whether or not to set up if they are worried about wind or bad weather coming in the middle of their event. We reserve the right to take down rentals in event of inclement weather for safety purposes and to preserve the quality of our rentals.
Delivery
Your Buddies serves Kankakee, Will, Grundy, Livingston, Ford, and Iroquois Counties. Free local delivery for areas within 30 miles of Bourbonnais. $1.25 per mile for areas more than 30 miles. For areas more than 30 miles please call us for a quote. All of our Inflatable deliveries are made the morning of your event between 7am and noon unless specified. We will contact you regarding specifics. Full payment and signed waver is required before we will unload the unit. We will do our best to accommodate all of your requests.
Set Up
Set Up is included with all Inflatables. Customer is to make sure the area is free of yard waste, debris, pet droppings, etc. Also make sure there is enough room overhead. (tree branches, power lines, etc.) We will ask if your rental will be on grass, hard surface, or both. This is important so we know what we need to secure your rental. Our Inflatable stakes are 18" long. The customer is responsible for knowing where private utilities are buried on their property. Such as sprinkler systems, gas lines for pool heaters, etc. Your Buddies is not liable for our stakes hitting anything underground during installs. It is your responsibility to make sure unit fits in specified area as well. Measurements are on the descriptions, we will not refund the deposit for mis-measured units.

Pick Up
We will pick up the rentals before dusk. We will set up a general pick up time at time of booking, please have unit ready by turning off water and allowing participants time to finish playing. At time of pick up we will try to clean, dry, and secure the units as much as possible before loading.
